Davido announced as a headline performer for the FIFA World Cup 2026 Countdown Concert in Los Angeles, where he will perform alongside Major Lazer
The Fédération International Football Association, FIFA, has announced Nigerian music star, Davido, as one of the headline performers at the FIFA World Cup Twenty-Twenty-Six Countdown Concert series in Los Angeles, United States.
FIFA said Davido will share the stage with international act Major Lazer, led by American DJ Diplo, at the concert scheduled for June tenth at the Crypto.com Arena.
The global football governing body said the concert forms part of a first-of-its-kind synchronized entertainment series across the three World Cup host nations, Canada, Mexico and the United States.
According to FIFA, the event will bring together music, football and culture in a global celebration ahead of the tournament.

It explained that the Los Angeles concert will connect live performances from Mexico City and Toronto, creating a unified broadcast experience for global audiences.
