Former Labour Minister Chris Ngige granted administrative bail
Federal Capital Territory High Court in Gwarinpa has granted administrative bail to a former Minister of Labour and Employment, Chris Ngige.
The order was made on the directive of the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC) by Justice Mariam Hassan.
The court ruled that Mr Ngige must provide one surety who is a serving federal government director and owns landed property. The surety is required to deposit property documents and travel papers with the court.

Mr Ngige is also expected to surrender his passport, pending the completion of its retrieval by the EFCC.
EFCC had earlier granted him bail on self-recognition and asked him to submit his travel documents and present a surety.
