It wasn’t just a love song, it was a love letter to Africa, and it continues to resonate across continents today.

A Birthday Tribute to 2Baba
Even as fans celebrate, 2Baba’s wife, Hon. Natasha Osawaru-Idibia, delivered a deeply personal Instagram tribute, showering the music icon with love:
“Happy birthday to the love of my life. You are 50!!!!!! Oh wow!!!!!! You spaced me with 20 years, and you look younger than I do. How ironic. Innocent Ujah Idibia, my husband…. words cannot express the joy you’ve brought into my life… My joy is complete with you in it. Baby, I want to spend each day loving you and caring for you for the rest of my life. I love you, and happy birthday, my baby.”

It’s a reminder that beyond the hits, the fame, and the awards, 2Baba is also a husband, a father, and a symbol of love and dedication.
