Nigeria’s youth handball teams have emerged champions in both categories at the IHF Trophy Africa Zone 3, sealing a double victory in Lomé, Togo.
The Under-18 team delivered a commanding performance in the final, defeating Ivory Coast 32–19 to clinch the title. The Nigerian side controlled the game from start to finish, showing composure, structure, and attacking strength.
The Under-20 team also impressed, overcoming Benin Republic 39–29 in the final. Their disciplined play and sharp attack ensured a comfortable win, completing a clean sweep for Nigeria at the tournament.
