The Executive Secretary of the Nigerian Christian Pilgrim Commission (NCPC), Bishop Prof. Stephen Adegbite, has lauded Nigeria’s First Lady, Senator Oluremi Tinubu, on the occasion of her 65th birthday, describing her as a symbol of faith, leadership, and service to humanity.
In a statement signed by Celestine Toruka, Deputy Director and Head of Media and Public Relations at the Commission, Bishop Adegbite extolled the First Lady’s legacy as both a Distinguished Senator and the first ordained minister of God to hold the office.

He hailed Senator Tinubu as “the indisputable Mother of the Nation and the Esther of our time,” commending her contributions to Nigeria’s democratic journey and her role in championing causes for women, children, and the less privileged
“Your unwavering support to Mr. President is palpable even to the blind,” Adegbite stated, adding that her love for humanity is “contagious and uncanny.”
The NCPC boss further described the First Lady as “a quintessential leader, a pacesetter, and a rare gem,” whose impact on national life continues to resonate across sectors. On behalf of the NCPC Board, management, and staff, he also referred to her as “the Mother of NCPC,” noting her longstanding support for the Commission.
Adegbite prayed for Senator Tinubu’s continued health, long life, and greater milestones in her mission to uplift vulnerable Nigerians. He encouraged her to remain steadfast in her devotion to God, assuring her that divine grace and strength would sustain her as she continues her service to the nation.
