Olympian and Nigeria’s Nathaniel Ezekiel ran a stunning 44.74s to win the men’s 400m final at the Big 12 Indoor Championships.
He broke the African Record of 44.92s he ran two weeks ago to become the 8th fastest man of all time.
Ezekiel, who ran a blistering 44.74s personal best PB, brought Baylor from 4th to 1st on the anchor leg of the 4×400.

Nigeria National League, NNL, side, Gombe United has announced the departure of Bala Nkiyu as its Technical Adviser.
According to a statement by the club’s management, they parted ways with Nkiyu by mutual consent.
The Management of the club wished coach Nkiyu all the very best in his future endeavours and also appreciated the efforts he put in during his stay with the Savannah Scorpions.

The management further stated that they are working round the clock at the moment to get the best possible candidate to replace the Technical Adviser in the coming days as they continue to intensify preparations ahead of the second stanza of the season.
