Nigeria celebrate a dominant win over Ghana while Rwanda clinch a last-over victory against South Africa in Day 3 U-19 action.
Matchday Three of Round One in the 2026 Nigeria Beach Soccer League (NBSL) highlighted shifting momentum and early-season pressure, with former champions Kada BSC delivering a commanding double victory to take control of the standings.
Kada BSC Assert Title Credentials
Kada BSC underlined their championship ambitions with two dominant performances in a single day, showcasing attacking depth and resilience against top opposition.
The Kaduna-based side opened their campaign in emphatic fashion, dismantling Jigawa Golden Stars BSC 7-1 in the morning fixture. Tanko Emmanuel led the charge with a clinical hat-trick, while Victor Tale, Kareem Hammed, and Dozie Frank added to the tally in a one-sided encounter. Rabiu Ali scored a consolation goal for Jigawa Golden Stars BSC.
Maintaining their momentum, Kada BSC returned later in the day to secure a hard-fought 3-2 victory over three-time champions Kebbi Fishers BSC. Dozie Frank delivered another standout performance with a brace, while Tanko Emmanuel added his fourth goal of the day to seal the win.
Despite a spirited effort from Kebbi Fishers, including two goals from Sadiqee Umar, the defeat marked their first setback of the season.

Niger BSC Bounce Back
Elsewhere, Niger BSC recorded their first win of the campaign with a disciplined 2-0 victory over Ibom BSC. Abdullahi Aliyu proved decisive, scoring both goals in a composed performance.
In the final match of the day, BAM Projects BSC secured a narrow 1-0 win over defending champions Anambra Beach Soccer Warriors. A late strike from Isiya Atiku sealed the result, compounding Anambra’s difficult start to their title defence.
Table Takes Shape
At the end of Round One, Kada BSC sit firmly at the top of the table with 10 points from four matches, opening a significant six-point lead over second-placed Kebbi Fishers BSC and BAM Projects BSC, who are tied on four points.
