Nollywood actress Nkechi Blessing has publicly rebuked social critic Verydarkman after he mocked her over a recently leaked gym photograph and offered N500,000 to whoever captured the image.photo
The confrontation began when Verydarkman released a lengthy video in which he ridiculed the actress and placed a N500,000 bounty on the individual who took the photo. The clip quickly drew attention online and prompted a strong response from Nkechi Blessing on her Instagram Storyl
In a series of impassioned posts, the actress accused Verydarkman and his followers of deliberately seeking to “push her into depression.” She dismissed the critic and his supporters in blunt terms, calling them “rats,” “nuisances,” and “swines,” and urged them to stop leveraging her name for relevance
“Relevance in 2023…Bunch of Nuisances!!!” Nkechi wrote, continuing in one of the posts: “V D M take my name out of your mouth,l don ignore you reach… Avoid me… Avoid me oooo, Avoid me VDM Avoid me!!relevance.
She also defended the nature of the content that trended, arguing that it was preferable for her “belly” to be the subject of discussion rather than more intimate aspects of her private life. “Atleast na my belle Dey trend not my private part… Thief!” she wrote, adding that she had previously given the critic relevance but would not do so again
Nkechi’s posts included a direct threat of spiritual retribution against the group she labelled the “RATS gang,” saying their actions would attract “thunder.” In a post laced with profanity, she insisted she would not be intimidated: “Be like una think say I Dey fear all of una…e no go better for una full generation join together!!! Send Nechi to depression? Your father…100 million of you put together no reach..una don baff?”
She said partly, “Shameless preek seller sef want talk no worry you go do more videos soon!!! Atleast na my belle Dey trend not my private part… Thief! And d so called RATS, ask una president who give am.
